Analysis of Martin Luther Kingââ¬â¢s ââ¬ÅI Have a Dreamââ¬Â Essay
The Speech I have chosen to do is I have a stargaze by Martin Luther King. I have a dream that one day this democracy will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed We hold these truths to be self-evident that every men are created equal. I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of causality slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit downwardly together at the table of brotherhood. I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an seaport of freedom and justice. I have a dream that my four small children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin yet by the content of their character. I have a dream today. This is a particularly inspirational livery because he was saying exactly what he felt and it came straight from his heart, and it was exactly what the fl ock that were listening were thinking somewhat the how they were being treated. The speech shows how angry he is with all the racism in the United States of America, and he tells everyone how things should be, this worked particularly well because all the black people in America were treated poorer than white people and it summed up all the hatred and anger that was inside them. Martin Luther king used very sprucely thought out sentence structure to make more daze on the listeners. He used the quick and snappy sentences to grab their solicitude and then he would use the longer sentences to explain his deeper feelings. Luther king too uses the word freedom a lot because it shows that is what they didnt have, which also once more makes the listeners feel that they dont have a lot of freedom. The interpretation of inspiration is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. This is exactly what Dr King got people that listen ed to his speech to feel, inspired to do something to help themselves. Thank you for listening.
